Steven Valencsin is the CEO and founder of GROWERS, formed over a decade ago and is focused on transforming how agribusinesses leverage data to drive loyalty and sales growth. With deep roots in the agriculture industry, Steven's experience spans from serving in the military, to farming for himself, to working in ag retail, and to founding the first private soil testing laboratory in North Carolina. His passion for advancing ag technology has positioned GROWERS at the forefront of helping retailers and manufacturers use data-driven insights to strengthen customer relationships.
