Willmar Fabrication
The Redball ICP and ICP 250 (Intermediate Container Platforms) are gravity-flow liquid transfer and measure-ment systems that don’t require pumps, meters, or electricity to operate. The closed systems provide a safer way to transfer chemical that is simple, accurate, and low maintenance. The ICP platform accommodates all IBCs and mini-bulk containers with bottom drains. The ICP 250 features a 250-gallon tank. Each unit also includes a 10-gallon measuring vessel.

Doyle Manufacturing
Doyle offers its Overhead Discharge Tenders in a range of sizes. They are available in 16-foot and 24-foot truck mount or 24- and 32-ton foot trailer mount models. Doyle Overhead Discharge Tenders use a top-drive vertical auger drive system, which moves the hydraulic motor out of the corrosive environment on the bottom. The Doyle design also reduces grease points and gives longer life with less maintenance.

AGCO Corp.
The RoGator C Series line-up is helping operators cover more acres between fills with the introduction of two new models, the RG1300+ with a 1,580-gallon tank and the RG1100+ with a 1,300-gallon tank. The unit includes the AWD SmartDrive system, power train, RPM management, and always-on traction control that work together to optimize performance and fuel efficiency, says the company. Equipped with the LiquidLogic recirculating system, the applicator minimizes product waste and helps operators spend more productive time in the field.

Ray-Man
The 36-foot Charger II-FB semi-trailer is made of 304 stainless steel with an optional Cummins power pack and polished aluminum wheels. The Charger II semi-trailers have optional Cummins Tier 4 power units. Ray-Man also has a new truck mount tender capable of loading an aerial applicator.

The KBH Corp.
The KBH two compartment tender (25-ton, 24-foot long) was recently redesigned from the ground up. Available in rear or side discharge, the TT2000 features a lighter trailer (about 1 ton less) and an added 10% hopper capacity. The mild steel hopper frame has been replaced with stainless, and hopper slopes have been steepened for better product flow, says the company. Also available: An all-new three compartment tender — the Model TT3000 series — and the four-compartment Model TT4000.

Chandler Equipment Co.
The Chandler SDT-MH 24 Trailer Tender has a three-hopper, six-compartment design with 775-cubic-foot capacity and is available in 409 or 304 stainless steel. The 20-foot-long discharge auger (standard) allows for greater reach and discharge height. Standard features include 304 stainless steel auger and tube, 62-hp Duetz Diesel (Tier III) Engine, rear pit dump attachment, and a single-point grease bank for greasing all grease points at one location. Optional features include 304 stainless steel frame, Vibco vibrators, and Agri-Cover SRT2 tarp systems.

Hays-LTI
The new 2020 model of our Hays 24T Tender now offers a higher cubic foot capacity than previous models with 980 cubic feet of capacity and a max capacity of 1,100 cubic feet when utilizing the space created with the high-rise tarp bows. The company has increased the capacity of the hoppers while maintaining its previous cradle improvements that have lowered the center of gravity for the Hays 24T Tender. Both the 24T two and three Compartment Tenders still feature the well-known “HAYS Standards,” making it the most user-friendly tender on the market.

Peterson Motor Co.
The Quickveyor QV50 has unmatched speed of 7,500-plus pounds per minute, says the company. The extra carrying capacity during load limits, of up to 29 tons, is a real bonus. The patent-pending Quick-Clean outdoors enable the operator to clean out the trailer with a broom, air hose, or water hose from the safety of ground level. The optional four direction swinging discharge chute fills seeders, drill fills, and spreaders.

Gas Equipment Co.
Gas Equipment Co. (GEC), established in 1937, has introduced a new NH3 equipment catalog, featuring products for agricultural anhydrous ammonia applications. The catalog lists equipment from premier manufacturers and includes additional reference information for selecting products for routine maintenance or the installation or repair of bulk storage facilities. GEC has inventory in 10 warehouse locations across the Midwest, Eastern, Southern, and Southeastern U.S.

Norwood Sales
The SST933 integrated Stainless Steel D.O.T. Uni-Body Trailer is constructed of 304 stainless steel, allowing for lighter trailer weights and higher payloads. It’s designed with a capacity of 933 cubic feet (struck) of transport storage, with outputs of 7,000 pounds per minute. Poke holes are standard on all hoppers. A 12 X 30-foot 18-inch stainless steel belt conveyor provides for extra reach, and the unique rubber belt has a 210 ton-per-hour capacity.

RBR Enterprise

Case IH
The Trident 5550 combination applicator is available with the New Leader NL4500T G4 Edge and NL5000 G5 variable rate dry nutrient applicators for precise dry-product application. The main hopper can be configured as a single product, or the MultApplier option can be added for application of two dry products simultaneously. Adding in the MultiBin option increases application capabilities to four products. In addition to four-product application capability, the NL4500T and NL500 G5 can carry up to 330 cubic feet to maximize productivity.

GVM
The GVM Double Duty spreader line offers the industry’s widest, most accurate spread pattern, due to its pre-adjusted funnel and patented reverse-rotating spinners, says the company. The funnel directs material for precise placement onto the spinner disc, regardless of speed, rate, and varying terrain. The reverse-rotating spinners and the 34-inch #3 or #4 chain allows for granular fertilizer application to reach 90 to 105 feet wide. The Double Duty spreader can be used accurately spread fertilizer, gypsum, lime, and cover crop while offering variable-rate application and multi product capabilities.

Salford Group
The Salford-Valmar 6700 Mounted Air Boom Applicator can be used for multi-product, multi-purpose, granular fertilizer, granular herbicide, and cover crop application, prior to and during the growing season. According to the company, the 6700 comes loaded with standard features, including: A micronutrient hopper, dual 14-inch stainless steel mesh bed chains, hydraulic boom suspension, 60-foot booms with row-crop outlet spacing, and optional drop tubes for applying fertilizer between rows, below the canopy. The hopper of the 6700 Mounted Boom Applicator is constructed of 409 stainless steel. The total struck capacity of the hopper is 200 cubic feet. All hoppers come standard with a flip-gate to offer a micronutrient hopper with 45 cubic feet of capacity, which reduces the main hopper capacity to 155 cubic feet.

Oxbo
Oxbo is pleased to present the ACCU solution for applications needs. The 4103 has an agile three-wheeled chassis with all-wheel drive for better balance and less compaction. The unit is available in a wide variety of configurations including standard 15-foot New Leader or optional G5 16-foot box for dry spreading, ACCUAir air boom with 400 cubic foot hopper, ACCUSpray 2,600-gallon liquid system and 90-foot Millennium boom, and the ACCUApply combination system, which allows users to change over from one system to the next without using a crane.

New Leader
Boasting up to 382 cubic feet struck capacity, the NL5000 G5 offers some of the highest productivity and profitability benefits on the market. With rates up to 1,250 pounds per acre and productivity of up to 1,200 acres per day, the G5 maximizes its time in the field. Automatic left/right fan frame movement makes repeatable, accurate nutrient placement simple with 16-section swath width control, and automatic fore/aft fan frame movement lets operators achieve superior variable and straight application rates even when changing speed. Users can add the MultiBin insert for up to four product spreading capabilities.

Stahly
The Stahly Peterbilt can achieve road speeds of 57 mph, which allows the unit to cover more acres per day with far less compaction than ground up units (up to 12,000 pounds), says the company. The unit also features 36- and 38-inch row spacing to complement 30-inch spacing for row crop/top dressing.
