PVS Chemicals to Acquire Sackett-Waconia
PVS Chemicals (PVS) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sackett-Waconia.
Sackett-Waconia has a storied 125-year history designing and manufacturing a full line of fertilizer handling, blending and process equipment. The company specializes in systems designed to match each customer’s requirements. Sackett-Waconia’s blending systems and equipment can be found around the world and in your backyard. Equipment is engineered specifically for the rigors of the fertilizer industry and designed with a long service life in mind.
Based in Detroit, PVS is a third generation, privately-owned manufacturer, and distributor of chemistry, including some fertilizers, throughout the United States as well as operations in Asia and Western Europe.
