STUEVE CONSTRUCTION

LANDUS >MITCHELLVILLE, IA

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

We were in the process of closing two older elevators down and moving operations outside of both Bondurant, IA, and Altoona, IA, that were being captured by urban sprawl. With that, we were operating some of our agronomy operations from a distance and that was unreliable. This project called for the building of a new 8,000-ton dry building and a state of the art 24/7 hot load facility.

Collaborative planning needed to be fast and furious to hit our timeline. It was a great process that the team really owned. Everyone jumped right in to provide us with the best operation possible. Stueve went beyond the required steps on the liquid building to really get that location dialed in with what we were trying to attain! We also never waited for them to hit a timeline!

“What we have at Mitchellville is going to become a template for everything we will do in the future.”

FARMERS COOP ASSOCIATION >KIESTER, MN

FROM THE ARCHIVES

“The Stueve building at our Kiester, MN site has been in service for 33-plus years now. It is a foundational part of the location and has allowed our business to continuously grow over the years. Our employees at the site have made it a priority to service and maintain the facility to ensure its longevity. Without this durable structure and the employee dedication we would have had much higher operating costs. Stueve’s design, quality materials, top-notch construction methods, and innovative design have allowed us to just operate the plant, and not worry about replacing it. Farmers Coop Association will depend on our fertilizer plant and Stueve to be here for years to come.” – Bill Meyer, Agronomy Manager
