Pinnacle Acquires Mid-Michigan Retailer

Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings has successfully acquired Harvey’s Agricultural Solutions and 3-D Agronomy. Harvey’s will operate as part of Pinnacle’s Providence Agriculture brand.

The Carson City location will continue to be managed by Jim Sheppard, and will remain located at 9650 Roosevelt Road, Carson City, MI, 48811. Tony Crist will continue to manage the Lennon location which will remain located at 11784 E. Lytle Road, Lennon, MI. The current employees of Harvey’s will retain their positions under the new ownership.
